REACH Annex XIV is also called REACH authorization list. It contains a list of substances subject to authorization under EU REACH regulation.
What is REACH candidate list?
It is called the “Candidate List” because the SVHCs listed are those assessed by ECHA before being possibly subjected to Restrictions (Annex XVII of REACH) or Authorisation (Annex XIV of REACH). Watch out, SVHCs are added to the Candidate List every 6 months!
