Masks/face coverings are required indoors for all guests age five and older, including those who are vaccinated. Guests age five and older not fully vaccinated are required to wear masks/face coverings both indoors and outdoors.
How long does it take to go through the St Louis Zoo?
If you visit all the exhibit areas at you are looking at 4-7 hours and that would be with much reflection and time spent reading all postings/information centers at all exhibits. You may of course easily skip much of that if you are visiting with small children and tailor your visit to be as little as 2-5 hours.
Why is the STL Zoo closing?
The unfortunate decision was made by both Bonner and Dana Brown, the President and CEO of the St. Louis Zoo. Seeing as how the Children’s Zoo was designed for high-touch and interactive experiences, keeping it open was not conducive to a COVID or post-COVID environment.
