I think Blizzard is happy, more or less, with the state of WoW’s graphics. It serves its purpose exceedingly well, and looks pretty great while being available to a broad playerbase. There’s no compelling reason for them to improve the graphics to that level. For Azeroth!
Why are the graphics in Wow so cartoony?
Many class Spells being updated the last 2 expansions too. The game will keep it’s “cartoony” look, it won’t go photo realistic. I played Vanilla, and really appreciate how they updated many of the classic creature models while still staying true to Warcraft and the original model.
