Do you need reservations to visit the 911 Memorial?
If you only plan on visiting the outdoor 9/11 Memorial, you do not need to purchase tickets. While it once required a reservation, the memorial is now free for public viewing. To do so, you can either purchase tickets on-site or online. I recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance.

9/11 Tour is worth it! The tour was very moving and a must see. It lasts about an hour and was good for a preteen and teenager. The tour guide did a great job (Greg?) and I think had we not gone on the guided tour it would not have been as good of an experience.
