Honorable. It will run just fine, if all specs are the same for the 3 RAM modules they will be no performance issues, just be aware that you will lost the dual channel function.
Does having 16GB of RAM make a difference?
For those people, we recommend at least 16GB. The same goes for hardcore gamers, and even for demanding productivity users who know they’ll be using a huge number of applications at once. Starting with 16GB provides a cushion for most users and allows for working with very large spreadsheets and databases as well.

Is it OK to use all 4 RAM slots?
A common misconception about RAM is that you can put any RAM into any slot. You can do that, but it won’t work, or it will work ineffectively. If you have four RAM slots, always buy matched pairs of RAM (two sticks from the same company, same speed, and same capacity) for the best results.
Which is better 16GB or 24GB of RAM?
Only if you need 24gb would it be better then 16gb. I would be wrong to tell you that dual channel isn’t quicker, so unless you need that ram, you should go dual channel. I do video editing just fine, full screen 1080p, quarter screen showing on triple monitors, and hardly have any lag with 16gb of ram.
Do you need more than 16GB of RAM for gaming?
Gaming doesn’t need more then 16gb at the moment. I think the most I’ve ever used just gaming is 10.5gb. The hell are you buying that is 24GB of RAM? That makes no sense unless you’re using some old ass HEDT board that has triple channel DDR3. Judge, Nostalgia is a hell of a drug.
Is it possible to overclock 32GB of RAM?
The manufacturer Support page of your motherboard’s QVL List should indicate if you can overclock the RAM or not. I suggest that you just purchase a 32GB RAM Set of 2x16GB Sticks that are listed either on the Motherboard’s QVL list or on the RAM Manufacturer’s website as being compatible with your motherboard and processor.
