Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contractors are government contractors who are contracted to assist the United States Department of Defense (DoD) components, and acquisition programs.

SARS then allocates this money (via the Department of Labour) to each of the SETAs according to the SETA that each specific company has registered with.
